Returns & Exchanges
We pride ourselves in Customer Service as you are our lifeline and we realize things happen so we created a return and exchange policy.
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your needs. Because we create custom creations our return and exchange policy is the best we think out there as most custom creations cannot be returned or exchanged. We don't think that is right and if it is because of something we didn't point out in the listing or it just wasn't right, we will do our absolute best to make it right!
We cannot be held liable for damaged items that occurred during shipping (we would love to be able to but as the shipper is not something we can control, we cannot). We package our items with the upmost care - probably more then most to ensure they get to you as safe as they can. We have NEVER had an incident to date with one of our items arriving damaged (knock on wood) - I have lots of that to knock on so I think you'll be okay! Though we will do our absolute best to expedite the process of filing a claim with the shipper, you will have to contact the service that delivered it immediately to make a claim with them if your item was damaged during shipping.
Lost or Stolen Items: We can help you in filing a police report by providing any information that may be needed in order to help!
If there is an issue with the actual item, please contact us immediately. If the item has to be returned, you will need to ship the item back to us, at your cost, within 14 days of your order. Once this item has been received in the condition it was shipped by us, we will refund you the cost of the item, minus the shipping charges it cost us to ship this originally to you.
The exception to this policy would be international shipping. Due to the expense and custom requirements of shipping internationally, our custom made products cannot be accepted for returns or exchanges.
